    Hi Everyone!

    Has anyone had any experience with formal training in property development? For example https://www.be.unsw.edu.au/degrees/postgraduate-coursework/master-of-property-and-development ...or something similar? Or any type of training really.

    Its probably unnecessary but some type of training package might be useful? doesn't have to be degree level. Just something which sums up the necessary skills & attributes to become successful in property development. I might be overthinking because I am a novice with zero experience so please let me know If that's the case lol.

    I was looking at ProDevelop by CCORP, I think Carly Crutchfield was her name, This was years ago and I found people on the internet calling her out as a scammer so I'm a bit cautious with people offering seminars and these boot camps.

    Even if she is a scammer, Wouldnt her information still be useful and relevant?
