No these items are too big to go in the front door staircase angle and the other side dwelling has even worse side access. That's why when we put the plunge pool in, it's a modular product (new on the market) which can basically be carried in pieces through the front door.

There's no balconey. It's a garden apartment. Craning is not an option I want to go down as the cost is 10s of thousands made worse because of power lines on the side set back where it would be craned in. So it needs to go on top of that plus power to the area apparently would need to be turned off. All very costly and council are more than happy to say no in these circumstances.

Is that side balcony(?) with the slats at the bottom down the alleyway the only entry for the fridge?

The place has a lift but it's being fixed. Won't be ready in time for the reno....sigh....just to make my life harder...

Luckily I'm on ground floor which helps with most materials.

Google 'Kennards lift and shift' catalogue.Maybe a movers dolly to get items to wall, then a material lift to get over wall, repeat on other side?

Without seeing the sight. A Hiab crane on a truck. Depending on items maybe a EWP

You really need a crane. Any forklift or other "lifting" equipment won't be able to lower it back down on the other side. Unless you have a pallet and want to sling lift it over.

Crane is just too costly.. ill have to see if any of the other options. i wonder if there are makeshift steps i can get to put on both sides of the wall....to walk up and over...

As someone that has a (now expired) forklift ticket, I think you'll need a crane for those.
Given the limited space, I don't see how a forklift could lift a mature tree there.

What about a scaffold and steps hired for a day?

Tons of suggestions, some quite funny. Thanks for the feedback, I'll find a solution somewhere in all those ideas.
