I know this question has been asked a lot but I just thought I would ask again, I'm looking to put new flooring in my unit and am torn between getting good quality laminate or cheap engineered hardwood.
I have been looking at the new Quickstep laminate flooring and love the fact its waterproof and scratch resistant and seems to look very close to timber but wonder if its worth going for hardwood engineered for resale? Its for my first home and I'm only looking to spend $100 installed per m2.
