Thoughts on changing this 2bdr into a 3bdr and adding another bathroom. I'm thinking of knocking down the second bedroom and utilising the sunroom space. Love to hear your thoughts.

Move bedrooms to the external wall, sunroom & office become part of bed 2 & 3 and move bath door to end to allow access to both beds. Also opens up living space around kitchen & dining, can be used if need office or study nook/similar.

Yup I'd turn the current bathroom into an ensuite and put the 2 bedrooms along the far right hand wall so they both have windows.
In the remaining space in the sunroom I'd create bathroom

Looks like a Queenslander with front verandah, bay window and a closed in back verandah? Makes for easy changes to the plumbing. And easy to move walls.

That’s what I was thinking, second bathroom next to the ensuite (makes for easy plumbing) and 2nd and 3rd bedroom next to that along the sunroom.

    Yes it’s a Queenslander.

bathroom is a tad to close to the kitchen for my liking
flip it to the other side, it could also possibly piggy back off the Ens plumbing that way

I'd move the doorway to bed 2 to be up by the doorway to bed 3 then you could put the bathroom on the inside next to the dining area. It wouldn't be as good for ventilation but it would allow a larger bathroom.
