Hi everyone, I'm a first home buyer, have a budget of $650,000. Looking for a decent 3 bedroom house in Pascoe Vale or surrounding suburbs. Is this possible to achieve. Would ideally like to buy a property which will provide positive growth. I plan to be owner occupier for at least 10 years. Thanks for all your advice in advance!

Hi Peter, Appreciate you getting back to me! The report is very useful. Do you recommended any other area's in the Northern suburbs. You're right a house is out of our budget there. Some three bedrooms town houses seem to be selling for 650,000. For example the 4/41 Warwick Road Pascoe Vale VIC 3044 sold for 652,000 this month.
