First Retain & Build

    Hi All

    Since Somersoft has come to an end, this is my thread to follow my subdivision & retain and build journey on my first IP in Carlisle, Perth.

    Basic Information:

    Description: 2 x joined Units in Carlisle sitting on ~850sqm block in Carlisle, to retain and build a new property on the back

    Purchase: August 2014

    Purchase Price: $800,000 + $35,000 in Renovations

    Current Status: Both units tenanted @ combined of $830 p/w

    Surveys have been completed and preliminary plans drawn up for the new dwelling. I would like to also get some prices from another builder as i am not sure i would like to continue with the builder i am currently engaged with.

    Can anyone recommend a builder for a battle axe build that is well priced?

    Whos your builder atm?
    I can reccommend a well priced builder, quality is there but timeframes blew out.
