    Hey all,

    First home buyer here looking for some advice/opinions on buying a 2 bedroom unit in Hampton as an IP. This will be my first purchase and have a budget of around $750K - my question is do you think a 2 bed, 1 bath, 1 car unit in Hampton represents good value/a smart investment at a purchase price of $700K OR are their far better alternatives out there? If so, what are they?

    I believe I'll be able to rent it out for min $500 p/w. Please let me know your thoughts if you have any and apologies if I sound like an absolute novice ;)
