    Hey guys
I'm looking for a block of land to build.
In the area where we are looking their is still some vacant lots where some sites are being sold off(the block were sold off by developer 3/4 years ago).

Is their a way to find a register who owns the lot and approach them to see if they would like to sell?

That's probably the best place to start (unless you know a friendly agent/broker willing to part with an extract from RP Data etc.

what about in Melbourne? There is vacant land next to my property. I want to buy that land, so that I can demolish my house and built townhouses or unit. How to find the owner?
