Finding past real estate listings for current property listings?

    Just wondering if there is anyway to find a previous ad for a current property listing? e.g I have come across a few houses for sale that were only purchased within the last year, some within 6 months, and are being listed for a much higher amount, I'd just like to look at past listings so I can determine what they have done renovations wise (if anything) etc to justify the price rises

    Why does that matter? Its either worth the asking price now, or not. In booming markets you can resell at a profit without doing anything to it.
