    I guess they must think APRA never happened... Listening to this, you'd have no idea whatsoever of the challenges that assessment rates or IO quotas or HEMs present to holding a portfolio long enough to "reach the green". It just assumes that investors can hold without any need for cash flow considerations.

    So what happens when repayments jump 50% after 5 years, Chris Gray?
