    We're looking at purchasing a dual key house & land package in South East Queensland, and have come across Silkwood Homes. I'd be interested to hear anyone's feedback and/or experiences with this builder. Have you used them? How did it go? Would you use them again? What was the quality of the build like? How were they to deal with?

    I always find it strange that price isnt discussed on the homeone forums. Surely reviews of builders (check productreview.com.au too) and breaking down the builders information asymmetry on price are the most valuable things to share.

    Silkwood are among the best who specialize in Dual-Occupancy homes with an attractive quality product, but they still sell like the majority of them- offering $30,000+ commissions to marketer sellers. As a result, you get the same valuation problems.
