    Hi Guys,

I've got a body corp that insists that maintaining the sub-meter (located on common property) is the responsibility of the lot owner.

Is this true? And how are they able to enforce this?

There's nothing in the CMS about lot owners being responsible.

    QLD.

    Cheers.

Perhaps it would be helpful to others to hear how this was resolved?
