    It's like Qantas frequent flyer membership. You need to have X lifetime mils (as opposed to miles) and need to have at least one purchase in the last 12 months else you drop down to the silver investors club.

    Not formally set up yet mate. But there will be a property quiz questions at the door before entry. Answer incorrectly and its early home time. :D:D

    What about dual occupancy? I only have two properties, but one of them is a duplex and there are two leases in place.
