I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them … a world without rules or controls, borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.

The funny thing is that what he is doing is working! And good for him I say. Now he has the "book"to add to his arsenal. That's required for all good "property investor " mentor types isn't??
There's an old saying.... "its immoral for suckers to keep their money " why not get a cut off that market! (I know your out there Nathan! Congrats with the business! ;))

He is joining in the with the Scott pape 's and Cherie barbers targeting the 20-40yr group with Good marketing and getting them in with the "big gains, little work" analogy... While they take a large chunk of the gains and cashola before you see the gains!

NB is selling the property investing dream- you to can have a "portfolio"as big as him... While he takes a commission from the Ba costs, loans and the upfront cream, I mean cash for a session with the experts before you start your journey!

No one here is using his services sojust sit back and watch his dream factory keep churning out the punters

I read that line too, and chuckled out loud!

I really do wish them the best but a studio in Logan seems pretty illogical.

I'm on thd ground in Logan right this minute actually (fly back tonight); doing some inspections and my 'walking' due diligence. I call this 'walking' because it really is. I like to dedicate the day in between inspections, to talking to the local shop keepers, people i meet, and basically anyone who is willing to have a conversation with me!

In these spare moments of time, if you ask the locals you meet, the right questions about their area, they will answer you honestly and tell you what you need to know.

Had the couple in the article done this, they would have surely learned that a studio in Logan is what I'd call 'unsustainable investor suicide'.

But those are just my thoughts. As others have said; quality over quantity. I would rather manage 5 higher quality properties (where higher quality tenants reside) than 20 lower quality properties with 'societal-dregs' tenants (you know, the ones qho skip town and dont pay the rent.. the ones who punch walls in in drug-rages, the ones who completely trash your property etc.)

Thats not to say I don't touch lower socio-eco areas, i do on occasion; I just dont buy the crap-de-la-crap property types within them.

Some of the properties the couple bought do sound quite good, but others are horrendous!

Too be honest I think its sad you guys throw him under the bus. If a regular on here started a business exactly like this you would all be over their ####. Never used his services and would never need to but surely you have to respect his attitude/success. Even without his businesses he has achieved a great deal more than most people on here.
