    I just made my own ss-simple with all the expense of each property:i wish i could have searched earlier

    @devank great work thanks. Is there any excel file somewhere to understand how many properties and when you need to buy to retire at some age with a set amount of money?

    Possibly one of the cloud based accounting provider (eg: Xero) may have something. You may need to train them at the beginning.
