Hello All - Just wanted to know if anyone could provide some guidance on getting an approvals for a 4 level apartment block ( approx 20 units ) in Melbourne? have spoken to council and they said block is properly zoned and has the right type of characteristics to look at this as an option. What costs would be involved to get a project to approved build phase? based on average build quality. Would the cost of getting townhouses approved be much less? Would you use a town planner to get the job done ? Any help is appreciated!
