    Hi Forum Members !

Long time lurker posting here. We are in process of buying our first block of land and our solicitor has requested that we chose from the following searches.

TBH , these come as a surprise , but reading through , sound important for a purchase this large. I was wondering if these are fairly standard searches and the costs quoted are reasonable ?

Our block touches the boundary of the estate that we are buying in , so I suppose some these would be very important but I wanted to check with everyone if there are some that may safely be left out.
