    Hello ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    After trying out the new venue Epping Hotel last time, I had to say most of the attendees last time were as excited as I was with the new ambiance, food as well as how creative we can get with the table configuration :D

    And I'm proud to announce we're up for another Epping meet up and mingle! Details are follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 22nd June
    Time: 6.30pm onwards
    My contact number: 0410 291 536

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Last time we were placed all the way inside the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat! :)

    Maybe we can do a special one on a weekend if others are keen...are you not able to make the time due to work commitments?

    Haha I wish, Taku's one is still on Thursday! Yes please! I would love to do a weekend one if people can take precious time off viewing properties for one weekend :) Yep, I work in Canberra during the week (trying to find a job in Sydney atm though!) but come up every weekend to visit my wife!

    If you fly out on a different date, you can crash at my place... added bonus... its a walk away from the venue too.
