    Hello ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    Hope everyone is keeping dry on a very, very wet Sydney weekend!

    Time for another North Ryde meet up and mingle! As usual the details:
    Venue: The Ranch Hotel
    Address: Epping Rd & Herring Rd, North Ryde NSW 2122
    Date: Thursday 20th April
    Time: 6.30pm onwards

    Time: 6.30pm onwards

    How to identify the us: Look for table reserved under the name of "David". Also I will be bringing API magazines so you should be able to spot us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good chat! :)

    Just wondering though, I have to agree with others, the food could be better. Any thoughts?

    Or maybe somewhere closer to Epping station...has anyone tried Epping Hotel or Epping Club? Just picking random places out of thin air...:p

    I'd definitely be up for something in Epping :p
    It would need to be not noisy, reasonably priced, good food.
    I'm happy to checkout the hotel first and i'll also duck my head into other places while I'm there. Last time I was there the hotel had good areas to talk without it being noisy.

    Please see what parking is like when you are there. All the units going up in the area may make it problematic.

    rawson st carpark would be fine on thursday (the section under/behind coles is never full though it has a seperate entrance a bit up rawson road)

    Though im not sure how quiet Epping Hotel is.

    I scouted Epping Hotel tonight, seems like it will be a fine venue, not too loud; good seating available, and the place smells like pina colada candles!! Thumbs up.

    The only question I have is, is Thursday nights much different?
