    Evening ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    As Sydney edges towards winter can you all start to feel the chill? But don't worry, at Epping meetup the discussions will be like a warm cuppa to every property investors mind & heart!

    Join us for some very nice pub food with beer/wine on a near winter night as we talk anything and everything about property (or anything else if you like! :))

    I'm proud to announce the 7th Epping meetup as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 31st May
    Time: 6.30pm onwards

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Sometimes we are placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    I'll put it in my calendar - should be able to make it.

    Any news on when they will be closing the pub to redevelop the site? I think it was @Gockie who mentioned this news?

    Hi David, looking forward to it. Unfortunately it's probably going to be my first and last (for a while) as I'm moving the family to Scarborough QLD. @Gockie if you are joining it would be good to hear more about 4020 from your perspective.
