    Hi there,

    I was wondering what peoples thoughts were on Elderslie, located near Camden and Cambelltown?

    Whats the outlook like in terms of demand?

    Does any one know how demand/prices have changed in recent years?

    Hi There
    I have just got a investment property in elserslie which will be ready by this year say Mar 2017 and looking at the way its going i can see lot of houses being built and people have started living there.

    This is my first IP so not sure how its gonna be for me.So far i have seen around 20k increase in value of my property so its a bit slow.
