    Buy a property that is 1mill below it's market value and re sell it at it's true value.

    It depends on the vendor.

    You know that some real estate agents manage to talk their clients into selling a property 15 % below it's real value. I've seen it happen.

    Increase rent on property that is valued based on its rental yield. A mere $1250 per week rent hike should do the job on a site valued on the basis of a 6.5% rental yield basis.

    Buy a block of units that are empty and plan to renovate them. Light on fire and collect insurance money lol

    Deposit $8k per year in a term deposit. At 3.5% you will hit $1M in 50 years, easy.

    Or did you mean easy AND quickly.. .;)
