    Dish washer....

I dont think there is an easy way except a cloth and some elbow grease. Thats why people get servants for stuff like this.

Ive got a few. But I never clean them lol. And they really need it because the budgies love all the shiny bits and chill out up there a lot.

I did some reading. Apparently u get distilled water 3 parts to 1 part isopropyl alcohol and you spray the chandelier heaps until the dirt drips off and the drips are clear. Then because its distilled water it dries without leaving water marks.

    Worth a try

I find a liberal dousing with champagne (use a magnum or larger). If it is too high to reach you can use a polo mallet to get to it, then simply dry with the warmth of a stack of burning $ notes.

Sorry, just kidding! ;) I think @Tim86 suggestion with the clean evaporating solvents sounds good. Maybe a light blow down first with a vacuum on blow setting. Also make sure the power is off if you are spraying it with lots of liquid!

Carefully take off each chain and do in wash solution, wipe with clean cotton cloth. Rehang.

Alternatively wipe with with cotton cloth soaked in wash solution.

We installed a chandelier lift when we did the recent PPOR reno. We can lower the fitting and dust/clean /change bulbs as required...

The maid used to soak them in a bath of fermented milk and then proceed to rub it with oxen dung. Was decided to let her go with the help of the town hangman. Dear little thing.
