Easement standard drawings/cross sectional

    looking for some typical cross sectional drawings of a stormwater easement for small duplex need some more information to help lobby a neighbour for easement. They are under certain of the construction and how it will influence them after install. Newcastle council has none available online. Thanks in advance

    Never seen a cross section for an easement.

    do you mean an example ?
    i'm sure it will need to be site specific and relate to existing and proposed design works. not just an example taken from another site.

    can your hydraulic engineer draft a section drawing of the proposed design.
    or engage a surveyor to draw up the plans for you.
