    Hi everyone,
I just wanted to know if anyone has looked into building a duplex with Auburn council (which is now going to be cumberland council).
I see that there is a minimum requirement of 15m and 450sq.m. Our land is 14m and 487sq.m. How strict are they with this?

I'm not sure if who to go to --> i know there are 'special circumstances'?

Auburn council ceased to exist from the date of proclamation (sometime in May 2016 iirc - stronger councils).

Speak with a town planner or contact Sally Major (current address c/- HM Prison) who got several developments through when he was deputy mayor.

If you're serious about it, a town planner .

You may not allow for subdivisions , but you should be able to build duplex under one title.
