    I would be keen for this if there are a few interested!

    I honestly thought it had already closed. I think the town has taken this into account as it (and cadia layoffs) have been coming for so long. I think taking these into account vacancy rates on the lower price rentals will increase. But it still seems as quick as they put in the streets the lots are sold a species are going up.
