    Ah Ok, that makes sense.
    I've seen some in QLD that show the proximity to the water - makes it feel like it's really close (even though there are plenty of houses blocking the view).

    Yep seen them and I think its quite stupid really and annoys potential buyers. When the buyers come to the house to have a look, the act is up.

    True. That's why I think it borders on false advertising a little, but probably is quite legal.
