    Sounds good mate. Learn and soak up as much knowledge as you can. Doing that will reduce your mistakes, protect you from the property spruikers out there because you will know how to critically analyse a deal/situation by yourself and it will also save you time and money as well as get you to your goals quicker, imo.

    Yes definitely ...it's a pure cost that has little benefit to the purchaser.
    Hence the purchases in the country with no stamp duty ! NZ :)
