    Hi,

My salary is going up and I have signed a new work contract which begins 7th of Feb. Settlement for new home will be around 10th March. Assuming I get pay slip 14days after the 7th of Feb, this means I would have received one payslip by end of settlement.

Has anyone ever got this done with NAB?

    Thanks

Just a copy of the Contract is all NAB needs.
If you're paid fortnightly you should have two payslips for the new pay by the 10th of March any way.
Do you need the increased pay to pass serviceability though?
    I'm curious why NAB?

If you've already signed a contract with settlement 6 weeks away, I would hope that you've already gotten a nod from your lender/broker about serviceability. How does a higher salary help? Or is this about chasing a better lender who has tighter requirements?
