    I have a client that has sold their home and requires a 6-12 month lease while their new home is being constructed. They've been applying for months for rentals but the market is super hot there.
    Does anyone have a property to rent in Ballarat, or a contact there who could possibly move them up the queue to have an application accepted?
    They are a professional husband and wife with 2 kids just started school. They have to be out of their house in 4 weeks, and are willing to take up the lease earlier than that if required. thanks.
