    Depends on what you use - I use all natural oils soaps and hair wash (base of olive oil and build from there) - quick wash of the necessary bits then hope out. Be lucky to make the 3 minute mark unless its the middle of winter

    I shower in the morning, twice! I find it wakes me up in the morning and face is wet ready for a good close shave, then I shower again after I commute to work by bike. I find both my showers are very short though. I shower at night usually only if going out.

    I still cannot get over or fathom the idea of going to sleep after a whole day of being on the move and then going to sleep covered in sweat, dirt and grime

    a bit different if youve had a lazy day at home and not moved a muscle

    on another note, I couldnt snuggle up with a person who hasnt showered

    My friend showers once a week in winter but I'm not a grub so I stick with my twice weekly routine. However I do wash my bed sheets and doonah cover once a week. In my bed I've always just used a bottom fitted sheet with doonah on top but my sister recently told me that's dirty and I should also use a top sheet with doonah on top. I think that's overkill.

    Weekdays its morning before I head to the office. Weekends its nights as I get sweaty and dirty doing rural property/horse stuff
