Do you consider your car to be an investment and upgrade it every few years?

    Sounds like more than restored. Did it have power windows and AC originally - I doubt it. Mine's all original, right down to the shag pile carpet and AM radio. The AC's about the size of a modern engine. I insist that the mechanic wears flares when he works on it!

    Absolutely true, this is an upgrade/modernisation/hotrod type project not a true restoration.
