    Update - drove an hour to go to court, waited 3 hours, and got rebooked for July. I'm really annoyed because I had a breakfast to go to with a speaker I really wanted to hear and lost the opportunity and wasted a day that I could have been working.

    Should run a book on it being delayed again or the tenant doesn't show.

    As in, take bets? Got better ways to earn money ;) But if it gets delayed again I'm out - I'd rather just pay whatever they get awarded. It's taking up too much mental space.

    Haha! At least he's wearing a collar, there were people waiting for court not even wearing shoes.

    Probably a court decision.
    Guessing tenant did not show, or had some excuse.
