    Hi All,

I had a discretionary trust / bank accounts setup a number of years ago and now intend on actively using it to trade shares.

I'm hoping for an accountant recommendation around the inner Sydney area (Canada bay / Ryde or anywhere central) who can review the trust deed/documentation and manage the trust requirements + personal tax returns moving forward.

    Can anyone provide some recommendations?
    Harry

Not sure accountants can review deeds as this is legal advice but Paul and Michael of the forum know trusts. Ross in WA too

May depend whether the trust has vested. If a trust ceases to hold any assets is it still a trust ?

I often encounter people who want to use their trust "again" sometimes years after the trust sold property or bank accounts were closed etc and there are no evident assets.
