    Do we have any developer in Canberra could assist me in understanding what is RZ4 is ?
    I am looking at buying Rz2 or RZ3 land with old house on it. Intention is rent that out for few years and then develop. I want to know cost involves in subdivision or unit tiles inc conctruction.
    Any advise will be highly appreciated.
