    hey , ive recently purchased a block in Glenorchy council, Tasmania . Currently i have plans with council and the intent is to subdivide and built couple of units. I wanted to know if anyone built in the area or around Hobart recently and what should i expect as a price per m2 build ?

    Regarding utilities the state govt is offering rebates on power and sewer/water connections. After you have installed them. They have a limited fund for it.
    Building costs have tripled and materials possibly quadrupled. Bass strait tax.
