Hi All, could you please share your experiences and recommend some good demo companies in Perth?

    Thank you!

I've used Mini Diggers 3 times and found them to be very good.

I also got some quotes from Brajkovich Salvage and Demo recently and they were competitive as well

Thanks @Westminster , appreciate the details. You always respond to my requests for info, you're basically project managing my subdivision in a roundabout way.

Definitely, I'll PDF my little draft when I'm on the PC next.

I've used Coda Contracting as well. Get a quote from a few companies. Their prices fluctuate depending on how busy they are.

What are the setback @LifesGood ? I'm guessing 1.5m near the laundry, 1m near the kitchen, not sure on the other boundaries.

I have emailed a few companies requesting quotations. Coda Contracting don't have a website or even an email address. Just a landline. I'm afraid they didn't make the cut! haha.

1.5m from the rear along living area etc and on the left it is 4m for the courtyard area. North is to the left.

So the current courtyard is 4m x 8.3?

By the way loving the design. I do have an idea but I'll do some doodling first to see how it works.

Yeh I guess it is but I'm not 100% on the turning circle being compliant. It's probably close enough.

I look forward to seeing your doodling! I'm considering taking about 400mm out of the Master Suite and Ensuite to save costs a bit.

    @LifesGood like your drawing.
On a different note; what software drawing package did you use?

@ottg thank you. I use Autosketch. Its an old program, not 3D like the new Archicad etc.

I like the design too. I thought the activity room and bed 4 were a bit small. Depends on what you want to use them for though.

@mrdobalina I agree. Bed 4 will be my study and Activity will be kids play room so they are both sufficient for our needs. I'm working on a new revision following some ideas from @Westminster.

JAG Demolition tend to be quite popular in Perth. From my experiences they were about 30% more expensive than the cheapest quote I received. Brajkovich was similar (about 30% off the cheapest quote).

I called up or emailed Mini Diggers, however they didn't reply at the time, so I can't comment on their quote.

Thanks hematite. So far only Mini Diggers have replied to my enquiry. Do you recall who the "cheapest" quotes were from?

Another thumbs up for mini diggers from me. I used them a few months ago and they did a good job. Their quote also came in at the lower end of the spectrum, though they weren't quite the cheapest I could find (the difference between the lowest quotes was minimal though).
