Maybe he's been completely cured of internet property sites,or I did think he joined the other day there was one start up post that was a carbon copy of his profane certain style of maturity in the way some people post if you can read into the way the mind works and I think Dazz did let his mind do the talking ..

    Thanks Wylie.

In any case, I'd like Dazz and the Landlubber back in town, on song and posting regularly. Any prior indiscretions are now archived and forgiven.

Dazz / Landlubber - what do you say?

I think the original Dazz would be able to spell replys correctly.

I think Dazz is a little more 'mature' than 1979.

Yeah, I miss the old Dazz. I loved his admiration of "steady as she goes" John Howard, his anti green/labor rants with no way of him ever acknowledging alternate viewpoints-.

Having said that he was the most valuable contributor as regards commercial property and I felt he really knew his stuff. I found some of his posts quite supportive of new players and he was always ready to contribute solutions to problems that were "hands on".

I did see a recent photo of him in the trade journal: All the way with Commercial Property or STFU.

Last time I looked, it was claimed he'd run for pre-selection & have another go in the next federal election.

Maybe he's trying to keep a low profile ;)

Exactly. Some people offer up too much personal info here. I know Dazz made me think and consider what to share and what not to.

One former member shared details of a house he was interested in. Two other members came to the auction and bid against him.

I suppose it is best to share the info only after the deal is done and settled.
    Any chance of naming names?
