Hi all, long time lurker, so thank you for the awesome site. I am educating myself with your sage advice all the time. I am priced out of the outer south east suburbs in Melbourne. I am looking further down the Bass Coast ( commuting distance to St John of God Hospital, Berwick) and have found Cloverdale Park in Dalyston. I know its not the most amazing place but the prices seem very reasonable, on decent blocks ( 500-600 sq) for $120,000 ish. I have also looked at Wonthaggi but Dalyston is a little up the highway for access. Im a health professional so looking to build in a couple of years and maybe rent it out. One day it will be my PPOR. What do people think for future growth.? or should I stick to Wonthaggi.?
Did you buy a block? apparently sold the whole lot in a few hours not sure how true this is just heard it from a local
hi im looking at buying yes, the real estate said they have just released another lot of land so will get on to it. Looks like the township will double overnight.!
