Not daily but I get emails and read them (Michael Yardney, Bill Zeng) for some good info. Read propertychat LOL
Read every day. Listen to podcasts and Tedtalks. Mostly not property related but mindset, psychology and other interests. Novels only on holidays.
Check RE.com weekly? Sometimes less. Just looking at prices, rents.

Go to meetups and a few seminars. Chat with other investors.

I try to visit the areas to see what's it like infrastructure demographics auctions. Seeing stuff online and being on the ground are different I suppose

Property Chat + e-mail newsletters as @Travelbug does. Also Facebook and other social media feeds.

I attended a $40 seminar yesterday. Good value for money. 8+ hrs of discussion of strategies, techniques and choosing locations ( reinforced and helped me put on paper my learnings here ). Keeps the mind ticking over on strategy. Kept my wallet closed though. Expecting follow-up material in e-mail as a benefit of going.

Whilst a small part of the day. Outcome is that I'll have a closer look at SMSF and putting a portion of my super towards a well-placed IP.

Property Chat forum and associated chat room obviously :p
Checking sale prices and rent prices on RE sites every day
Am on a national PM group, SA PM group, small biz group and a renovation group that I check daily.

Staying up to date on knowledge is very important!

Mentioning "learning property" and "PC Chat" in the same sentance is almost an oxymoron isnt it?
