I have long seen her asset protection and wealth creation stuff advertised, this is the first time I have seen her push development

 

I wonder if the topic of developing in a run out tide (ie falling market) will be covered.

 

has anyone or had their friends been successful with her strategies?

 

I think she's branching into the simpler side which can combine with her other strategies.

Like retain and build with a reno/flip on the front. If you can buy it as a distressed sale even better.

 

Is it just me or does the site not actually say the location and time for the seminar?

 

Received an invite for her seminar on prop development- there was not any actual property developers on the speakers list- Jamie Durie was on the list tho- donning a shirt this time presumably ..

 

You would need to register to get those details. It just shows city and dates

 

Free seminar plus a course or other product flogging that costs $xxxx isnt free.

If it promises a guaranteed profit then jump in. Bet not.

 

I've been to once of her free seminars (with Cherry Barber's), she is a good presenter and knows investment psychology well, but the stuff she taught is pure BS IMHO.
So if you want some entertainment or learn presentation skills I would recommend go see her free seminar.

 

I have watched her webinar and her sales person contacted me and introduced the seminar to me. I don’t think her course suits me. Ppl have different situations. I only say that according to my situation.
