    Hey.

    I am looking at buying an industrial property in Perth near the airport with a strong tenant and we have good equity.

    What are the current rates, app fees and security?

    Not sure if it will be in or out of our SMSF.

    I will reach out to my broker but I wanted a market guide here. I also want easy online management of the loan.

    This is all up in the air and not yet set in stone.
