    Hi folks,

I’m a newbie here and also starting my investment journey.

I’m interested in Geelong areas and found that Curlewis is an interesting area which is having almost zero growth lately. Anybody please help shed some lights into this?

Btw, I’m having a budget of $550 and keen to learn where to buy for an IP.

Thanks for any reply from this great forum I would have.

    Cheers,
    H2H

When was the last time you drove from Geelong to Torquay ?
I remember a time when the Grovedale pub was surrounded by paddocks and the speed limit was 100kph from there to the dip before Torquay, is there any of it at 100 now ???? Council allowed it to be built up

The Bellerine Penisula road will end up the same !
The intersection at Geelong High has always been a bottleneck, the only way any of it will really be drastically improved is if the once proposed bridge at Point Henry gets buit (which it won't, the ring road extension toward Leopold isn't even done).
Me, I'd look in Newcomb as close to East Geelong as possible.
