Found out that USA reopened it's embassy in Havana. 50 + years of communist madness is over. That's where property will be very hot (what's left of it) in the nearby future. The climate there is perfect. I wish I was younger...
    Your thoughts?

Both read an article and saw a doco on Cuban RE market about a couple of years ago. IIRC the law had just been changed to allow the buying and selling of real estate. Properties were being traded in the market square on handwritten pieces of paper. Everybody was becoming an agent and earning a years wages Ina week. IIRC prices were rising fast. Only citizens could play and the historic buildings in Havana were excluded.
Don't know if things have changed since.

One of our members had a very interesting experience in Cuba.

His verdict. Everything you hear about communist prisons is true.
