CUA - Accelerate Variable OO

    Hi All,

    Not sure if someone can help me but just want to double check that if you apply for a home loan with CUA and decide to split the secondary split won't have an offset account?

    Option A:
    Loan1: 300k with offset

    Option B:
    Loan1: 250k with offset
    Loan2: 50k no offset

    Ideally I would like
    Option C:
    Loan 1: 250k with offset
    Loan2: 50K with offset

    But it seems that Option C isn't available with CUA Accelerate Variable OO, can someone confirm this? I couldn't find this information anywhere,
