Where can you find out if they have surcharges for gov spending? struggling to find it for the Velocity Escape.

Looks like its not worth it on gov spending with this card which removes car rego, rates, water, doctors appointments

What's a 5k saving over 25 years. For all the effort ensuring that you're not paying credit card surcharges, making sure you pay on time, don't end up forming bad habits etc, it doesn't seem worth it to me. Most people don't own a property for 25 years anyway, so even less likely to save the entire 5k.

I guess its like anything if you learn what your doing and find the best ways to use it then you will get benefit. 5 k over 25 years and a few free plane flights might not seem like a lot but its better in your pocket. Every little bit counts

hey its better than a kick in the groin with pointy shoes?
its about $15 a month plus compounding so it could pay for a meal a month.

I used to have a credit card to do the same but I never manually spent with it, I had all my regular monthly bills direct debited from it, things like shopping, groceries id use my own money so to keep the payment consistent and no chance of over spending. I have since got rid of the card though, not worth it in my opinion
