    Hi All,

I have cracks on my tiles all over my living room. My property is 20 years old. I am worried if these cracks are because of the age of tiles or a structural issue. I am looking for a recommendation on whom to contact to get this checked in Brisbane.

Are they drummy ? ie sound hollow when gently tapped with a coin ? If so the tiles arent bonded to the floor and this small gap means when you walk on them they cracked.

Thanks for the reply.. These tiles don't sound drummy when tapped. My property was build in 1998 iand is house with concrete floor..It's not a Queenslander..

The way the cracks run neatly across tile edges suggests a problem with the slab.
