Hi all,

Attached is a flowchart covering the changes to giving tenants notice to vacate in the NT under emergency COVID-19 legislation.

$31 000 fine for a person intentionally or recklessly misrepresents the financial situation of the party in the course of the negotiations.

157M Unauthorised disclosure of information
$31 000 fine or 2 years imprisonment for recklessly or intentionally disclosing information regarding financial situation or personal affairs obtained in the course of negotiations unless necessary for the Act, a legal proceeding, obtaining legal advice, to report illegal activities, with consent of other party.
