    How long will it have taken to go from 600k to 700k compared with 700k to 800k.

    He he. In my case there is context. I know what I paid for my home but I haven't a clue what another person will pay for it at some future date. It'll either be more or it may be less. In the interim it does what the only purpose of a house should do. Provide me with shelter - and cost my back pocket to stay here.

    In the current climate, it's more likely to go from 800k to 600k in double quick time. :eek:

    It was actually one of yours from back on the 19th of March!!
