Cost to build small warehouse/factories?

    Hey all,

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience building/developing 90-300sqm factories/warehouses?

    If so, would like some insight into the rough build cost per square metre associated with such thing, with & without mezzanine etc. I have spoken to one builder so far who has suggest roughly $1,200-$1,300 p/sqm including a builders margin.

    I have attached a couple references for what him talking about.

    How did you go with this?
    Did you manage to do any further research/ discuss with builders on pricing and find out indicative pricing psm.

    I would be interested to know the ranges you were quoted.
